NVRDC’s Summer Associate Series: June 14, 2022 to July 27, 2022

NVRDC is pleased to offer a six-week Summer Associates Program where law students can learn about new areas of law they may not be familiar with. Topic: NVRDC's Summer Associate Series: Assisting Student-Survivors in Title IX & Clery Act cases

Please join Network for Victim Recovery of DC (NVRDC) in learning about opportunities to provide pro bono assistance for students under Title IX and the Clery Act. This discussion will address the crucial role attorneys play in helping campus survivors obtain accommodations and navigate the complaint process. NVRDC staff will discuss the history of, and recent changes to, Title IX, the history and application of the Clery Act, and the current and future challenges faced by student-survivors.
