CIVIL PROTECTION ORDERS (CPO) & Anti-Stalking Orders

Are you a survivor of sexual assault, intimate partner violence, dating violence, domestic violence, or stalking? Do you have safety concerns? We can help!

Our lawyers offer free legal assistance and representation for adult survivors seeking a Civil Protection Order (“CPO”) in DC Superior Court.

What’s a civil protection order? A CPO is a 1-year order from a judge that forbids someone from harassing you, assaulting you, threatening you, or stalking you.
